C 1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
C 2. This permission relates to the conversion and extension of the existing stone outbuilding alongside the cottage, and the re-roofing of the garage with slates to match the finish on the dwelling on site, all as shown in the existing floor plans, location and site plans received on 25th September, 2009, the proposed floor plans received on 8th December, 2009 and the proposed elevations received on 15th January, 2010. For clarification the external finish on the outbuilding to be linked to the cottage must be in natural stone and any new fabric required to create the converted accommodation and the link to the cottage must also be finished in natural stone to match the existing.
I confirm that this decision accords with Government Circular No 09/09 Delegation of functions, 10/09 Delegation of Functions (Development Procedure), GC No 11/09 (Advertisements) and GC No 12/09 (Registered Buildings) all to the Senior Planning Officer
