In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

Permaculture Association Isle of Man Erection of a polytunnel Field 210546 Opposite Kerrowkneale Summerhill Road Jurby Isle of Man which was considered on 13th October 2009, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the submitted Drawings 21-0013, 575-2, DOC 2, DOC 3 and Supporting Letter all received on 3rd August, 2009.
- The polytunnel may only be used for agricultural or horticultural purposes.
- In the event of the polytunnel erected under this approval becoming redundant it must be taken down along with all ancillary infrastructure and be removed from the site within 3 months of the cessation of use.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer's report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;

- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
