Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the refurbishment of restaurant including new conservatory (comprising amendments to PA 07/01232/B), Tynwald Restaurant, Main Road, St Johns, German as shown by 01, 02, 31F, 32F, 33D, 34D, 36B, 37B and 38 A all received 19th August 2009.
- There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer.
- There must be no discharge of fat or other food waste to the public sewer.
It will be the responsibility of the developer/occupier of the premises to provide satisfactory means of disposal for such waste.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
