Construction of a replacement sub station Land adjacent to Edremony Estate Port Erin Isle of Man which was considered on 5th October 2009, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the creation of a new electricity substation and replacement parking all as shown in drawings SC1093/P/10-00, -01, -02 and -03 all received on 21st August, 2009.
- The existing substation must be removed and the parking shown on the site of the existing sub station must be put in place both within two months of the commissioning of the new substation.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
