Lodge, Corbrek, Church Road, Santon, Isle Of Man, IM4 1ez
Permission was granted for the additional use of a converted garage at Corbrek, Church Road, Santon, Isle of Man, to provide tourist accommodation. During the application process, revised plans were required to retain the existing boundary treatment and remove a proposed extension to the curtilage and any additional vehicular access. The reason given was that these elements had not been applied for and would have increased the independence of the ancillary accommodation from the main dwelling. The application was approved on 10 December 2009 by a Senior Planning Officer acting under delegated authority, with six conditions attached.
