Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the change of use from temporary storage facility to permanent office accommodation, Saw Mills, Foxdale Road, St Johns German, as shown by 00832/1, 00832/2 and Photographs Sheets $\times 3$ all received 13th May 2009.
- Prior to the use of the building as office accommodation, the external alterations approved under PA 09/00831/B must be completed.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
