Please find below the Commissioners' decisions in relation to planning applications considered by them at their meeting on the 23rd June 2009.
The Commissioners had no objection to the following planning applications:

- PA09 00865 B - Mr and Mrs D Hoehmann - Erection of a detached building to provide garage facilities and living accommodation - Ballaquine House
- PA09 00869 B - Mr and Mrs D Hoehmann - Creation of a manege - Ballaquine House West Baldwin
- PA09 00875 D - IoM Post Office - Erection of Signage - Unit 1 - 3 IoM Business Park
- PA09 00894 B - Mr and Mrs Kermode - Additional living accommodation attic - Garth Mount Strang Hill Strang Braddan
- PA09 00896 B - Mr and Mrs P Moore - Alterations to form a balcony to dwelling house - Crofton West Baldwin
- PA09 00914 B - Mr and Mrs D Long - erection of a replacement dwelling - Ballachrink Richmond Hill
- PA09 00927 B - Mr D Brown - Erection of fencing - Shee Ghee Strang Road Braddan
- PA09 00939 B - Ballacraine Ltd - Erection of a replacement agricultural building - Castleward Farm
- PA09 00940 B - Mr and Mrs R Minards - Alterations and erection of extensions - Aragon Ballaoates Road Strang
- PA09 00946 B - Mr and Mrs G Quayle - Erection of a first floor extension to dwelling house - 21 Hollin Lane Cronkbourne
- PA09 00969 B - Mr and Mrs Corrin - Erection of a replacement detached dwelling with integral garage - The Gowans Quines Hill
- PA09 00981 B - Mrs J Watkinson - Installation of replacement windows and doors - Mount Rule Farm House
- PA09 00990 C - Pentagon Estates Ltd - Change of use from showroom to light industrial storage - Unit 15 Springham Park
The Commissioners would object to the following Planning Applications:
- PA09 00855 B - Tel's Ltd - Creation of glass, metal and other controlled wastes storage facility - Unit 41a Snugborough Trading Estate. The Board felt that this should have been a retrospective application as the work has already been completed. There was also an area of land marked as in the ownership of the company that the Board believed belonged to Treasury.
- PA09 00856 B - Tel's Ltd - Creation of a facility for the storage and bailing of metal and other controlled wastes - Unit 43 Snugborough Trading Estate. The Board requested the company's definition of controlled waste to ensure that putricable waste was not to be collected.
- PA09 00921 B - Springham Management Ltd - Creation of a car parking area - Land adjacent to Ailsa House Springham Industrial Estate. The plans submitted were no clearly marked in red and

it wasn't therefore possible to accurately determine the land in question.
- PA09 00953 A - Mr R J Kaye Erection of a dwelling with garage - Land to the rear of Thie Ashlish Mount Rule. The application was in contravention of Environmental Policy 42 in that it was seen as backland development.
