Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the conversion of the garage into additional living accommodation, erection of an attached garage and creation of an hardstanding as shown in drawing numbers 648/001 and 648/002 date stamped 21st May 2009.
- No facing materials shall be used other than materials similar to those used on the existing building.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building Control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
