Planning Permission Conditions Note

This approval relates to the renovation of the original farmhouse and conversion of barn and outbuildings, including extensions to form single dwelling with ancillary buildings as shown in drawing no.s 01, 0415A/03 rev. A, 0415A/04, 0415A/05, 0415A/06, 6TS013-01-Sheet1, HART-19-02, HART-19-03, HART-19-04, HART-19-05, HART-19-06, HART-19-07, HART-19-08 and HART-19-09 date stamped the 1st April 2009.

For the avoidance of doubt no approval is granted for the demolition and rebuilding of the building beyond that shown within the approved drawings. The onus to ensure renovation is achievable rests with the developer. Given the conclusions of previous planning applications it is emphasised that the planning approval is unlikely to be granted for rebuilding of the buildings.

I confirm that this decision accords with Government Circular No 10/09, Delegation of Functions (Development Procedure), GC No 11/09 (Advertisements) and GC No 12/09 (Registered Buildings) all to the Senior Planning Officer
