Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the hanging of flags, the removal of the pews from the North and South Transept, the addition of a Notice Board, the removal of a section of pews from the North Aisle and the erection of two notice boards at St Germans Cathedral, Derby Road, Peel as shown by the plans and information 00725/1 and 00725/2, Photos $\times 2$ and Correspondence received 21st April 2009 and Details received 30th June 2009.
- The approved notice boards must be of timber construction as set out by the details submitted 30th June 2009.
- PRIOR to the removal of the pews, a photographic survey must be undertaken to record them in place. Such a photographic record is to be prepared in consultation with the Conservation Officer of the Department and provided for approval by the Planning Authority.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This decision notice is issued in accordance with Regulation 9(1) of the Registered Building Regulations 2005.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later. Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer's report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
If this determination is running concurrently with a planning application, the content of the registered building application is excluded from that consideration. If need be, an appeal against the determination of registered building consent must be made independently.
