09/00313/R Adrian Fegan c/o Crossan Motorcycles, 51 Crossan Road, Mayobridge, Newry County Down, Northern Ireland – Installation of replacement windows at Glenmoar House, Main Road, Sulby, Isle of Man IM7 2HR. Refused unanimous. Windows installed are not in keeping with the age and originality of the property and are of inferior quality. The Commissioners note that the application is for windows only, but the applicant has also replaced the front and rear doors.

The Commissioners were unable to make a decision regarding this application as it does not state what the agricultural building will be used for. The need for such a large building needs to be justified, and they would like to see an explanation for this. They also stated that there is other land available to the applicant.
