Permission was granted for the erection of a dwelling at Field 431135, adjacent to Howth on the Ballamodha Straight, Ballasalla, Isle of Man. The application comprised amendments to three earlier planning permissions for the same dwelling. The amendments revised the front entrance portico, changing the pillar design from half-rounded to spherical, and introduced a different glazing pattern to the sun room on the western elevation. The decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer under delegated authority and was subject to three conditions.
The application was permitted on 20 April 2009 by a Senior Planning Officer under delegated authority. It approved amendments to a previously consented dwelling, including changes to the front entrance portico pillars and a revised glazing pattern on the western sun room elevation.

Condition 1
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
Condition 2
This permission relates to the erection of a dwelling as shown in drawings 4109/1/Rev K, 4109/2/Rev I, 4109/3/Rev A and 4109/4 all received on 6th March, 2009.
Condition 4
The development must be at least 9m from the outside conductor of the 11kv overhead electricity line, or the line must be undergrounded.
