In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: Proposal: Auldyn Construction Limited Removal of temporary access track and restoration of land at: Land at King Edward Bay Golf Course accessible from King Edward Road Onchan Isle of Man which was considered on 23rd July 2009, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- In order to ensure that works are carried out in an expedient manner this planning approval is valid for a period of two years from the date of this notice.
- This planning approval relates to drawing no.s $001,002,003,004$ and 005 date stamped the 10th March 2009.
- Prior to the commencement of works a re-seeding scheme must be submitted to and agreed by the Planning Authority. Thereafter the re-seeding of the infill must be undertaken in accordance with the agreed scheme.
- Only inert subsoil or topsoil shall be used as infill material.
NOTE The re-seeding scheme required to satisfy condition no. 3 should be prepared in consultation with the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry's Wildlife and Conservation Division to ensure that appropriate grass species are used. It should also include details of the implementation of the re-seeding and timescales for re-seeding.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer's report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.

- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
