Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the installation of a timber front door with glazed panels and fanlight as shown in drawing number 649-1 date stamped 11th March 2009 and 649-2A date stamped 23rd March 2009.
- The development shall be finished in accordance with the submitted sample and letter from Mr Kinnell date stamped 5th May 2009 indicating in the finish to be Ebony, black.
- The replacement door must be installed within 3 months from the date of this permission.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
