Amazing Glazing Ltd Unit 16 Hills Meadow Peel Road Douglas In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: Amazing Glazing (IOM) Ltd Proposal: Enclosure of balconies at: Kings Court Ramsey Isle of Man IM8 1LJ which was considered on 3rd April 2009, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.
Date of Issue: 8th April 2009 Murray House Mount Havelock Douglas
Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the submitted Location Plan, Window Detail and Photographs all received on 17th February, 2009.
NOTE The proposed balcony enclosure may be fitted to any unenclosed balcony of Kings Court or fitted as a replacement to any balcony previously enclosed.
NOTE Any other pattern or design of balcony enclosure (whether or not replacing a previous balcony enclosure) must form the subject of a separate detailed application.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Whichever is the later.
