Abertay Limited 47 Victoria Street Douglas IM1 2LD In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the submitted drawing SC1121/P/10-00, SC1121/P/10-01, SC1121/P/10-04 A and Photograhs x4 all received on 23rd February, 2009 and Drawing No. 01 received on 2nd June, 2009.
- Notwithstanding the permitted development order, no fences, walls or other means of enclosure shall be erected without prior approval of the Planning Authority.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Whichever is the later.
