In pursuance of their powers under the above Acts and Order the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby REFUSE the application made by you
Erection of dwelling with garage and private driveway, Ballaglonney, Ronague, Arbory/Malew. which was considered at a meeting held on the 14th May, 1993, for the reasons set out on the attached schedule, numbered 1 to 3. Date of Issue: 21 May, 1993.

REASONS FOR REFUSAL Application No. 52/1668
1 The proposed development would constitute sporadic residential development in the countryside, on a comparatively remote site which is not at present adequately serviced.
2 The proposed driveway would reduce the attraction and enjoyment of a rural public footpath.
3 The development would be contrary to the Development Plan and to the Department's general policies in respect of the countryside and new residential development.
