In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the removal of the existing render, re-pointing of the stonework beneath, the addition of a stone porch and replacement of the existing windows with plastic-framed sliding sashes all as shown and described in plan reference 08/119/01 and the location plan all received on 13th January, 2009.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
