SCHEDULE OF CONDITIONS Application No. 99/1168
- The development hereby permitted shall be commenced before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the installation of replacement windows which, in the front of the building, having softwood frames which slide up and down; these frames must be arch-headed to match the apertures where appropriate; the upper sashes should have horns.
NOTE: This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
