In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the installation of replacement windows, as shown in the 1:500 Site/Location Plan, the photograph of the front elevation, the drawing of the front elevation, the drawing of the proposed front dormer window, the photograph of the rear elevation, the drawing of the rear elevation, the drawing of the proposed rear dormer window and the drawing of the proposed rear landing window, all date stamped 24 February 2011.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
