The comment stated; I am part owner of the site shown in blue and object to the proposals on the grounds that the access shown does not show adequate sightlines to Peel Road and there is a significant lack of information contained in the application concerning access and safety of the proposed access. The plans are not based on a topographical survey of the site and indicate that no trees will be affected when there are a significant number of trees on the access route shown. the proposals do not show adequate detail to determine the application. Sightlines would also be over third party land if they were achievable at all. Relationship to site: Immediately adjacent to the site
