TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to REFUSE an application by Core Building And Renovation Ltd, Ref 23/01351/MCH, for the Replace the existing shopfront with a new Aluminum glazed system at 8 Prospect Terrace Woodbourne Road Douglas Isle Of Man IM1 3AL .

Any reasons or notes which apply to this decision are set out below. The proposed change were not included as part of the approved development and therefore the proposal should be dealt with in a new application.
