From the Planning List 6 October and excluding planning applications with suffix ‘CON’ and reconsultations, the following new planning applications have highway related impacts and will be subject to a separate response:

The following planning applications have no significant negative impact upon the highway network in terms of highway safety, highway operation and car parking. Highway Services HDC does not oppose (DNO) the following applications. Advisory comments are applied where relevant, such as for licences to use the highway for equipment and material during works:
· 23/01120/B – After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and/or parking as there is an existing dwelling on the site and the proposals provide an improved parking situation compared to existing. The Applicant is advised to consider an EV charging point on the site. Conditions on approval should include vehicle turning and access to be provided as per approved plan before occupation, and garage to store vehicles/cycles.
· 23/01140/C – After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and/or parking, as the proposed vending vehicle parking and impact is considered small compared to the parking area available on the site.
