TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019
In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr Brian Barnett, Ref 23/10114/AIR, for the Information in relation to condition 3 and 4 for 22/00619/B - Landscaping Details and Finishes Schedule at Stoneleigh Glen Road Ballaugh Isle Of Man IM7 5JE .
Any details or notes which apply to the approval are set out below.
This decision is in relation to the submitted application for the discharge of conditions as well as a cover letter submitted on the 10/10/2023 and an amended landscape plan (05 LANDSCAPE DETAILS - REVA) and an amended schedule of materials (FINISHES SCHEDULE - REVA - LQ) which were submitted on the 08/01/2024.
NOTE In this instance of the submitted application for the discharge of conditions, an amended landscape plan (05 LANDSCAPE DETAILS - REVA), an amended schedule of materials (FINISHES SCHEDULE - REVA - LQ) as well as a cover letter and after consultation with the case officer, who are happy with the level of detail, it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for the planning condition 3 and 4 of application 22/00619/B with the understanding that all planting, seeding or turfing comprised in the approved details of landscaping must be carried out in the first planting and seeding seasons following the completion of the development or the occupation of the garage, whichever is the sooner. Any trees or plants which die or become seriously damaged or diseased must be replaced in the next planting season with others of a similar size and species and that the development itself shall not be carried out unless in accordance with the approved details.
