Re: P.A. No. 15/00114/B - Variation of condition 3 of PA 14/00337/C to extend permission to erect a dwelling for a further two years - Land at Fairfield House, Fairfield Avenue, Ramsey for Mark and Rosina Casson
I am directed to advise that the Commissioners considered the above application at their meeting held on Wednesday 18th February, 2015 and have resolved to Object to the proposal for the following reason:-
- The variation of condition 3 would allow a further extension of time for which a reserved matters application could be submitted. As such, the Approval for the original application for Approval in Principle PA 11/01777/A would be further extended without any Reserved Matters application being progressed.
The Planning Application PA 14/00337/C was Approved with conditions for 1 year however the description for this application seeks an extension of Approval for a further 2 years.
I trust that this objection will be brought to the attention of the Planning Committee when considering this application.
