Planning Application 15/00114/B Variation of condition to extend permission to erect a dwelling, land at Fairfield House.
DEFA Fisheries raised some concerns regarding the initial planning application in principal (PA 11/01777/A). This was due to the close proximity of the proposed development to the nearby watercourse and fisheries officers visited the site at this time.
