To whom it may concern. We write with regard to the above recently submitted planning application, that seeks to erect an agricultural barn building within a field at the above property. The property extends to 22 Acres with 16 Acres of grazing land, there are 2 trout ponds & mature woodlands –all of which require plant & machinery to properly maintain the land. A building of this nature is critical to store the applicant’s machinery and associated paraphernalia and as proposed is intended to be built local to a small building cluster, adjacent to a field shelter at the southerly end of the field.
