It is necessary to assess the impact any development adjacent to conservation areas may have on such views.
Condition 1
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

This permission relates to the installation of replacement windows as shown in drawings 0049, 0049A, 0049B, 0049C and 0049D received 11th February 2011.
