Further to our telephone conversation of yesterday and an email received from Lucy Kinrade dated 30 July 2019 requesting further information to allow the Planning Application to proceed.
Please find enclosed seven copies of each of the following: - Drawing No.18/2742/14 (Site Plan) which indicates the site lines/visibility splays from the existing site entrance along with details of the proposed finish to the existing driveway. Copy of full tree survey including tree identification photos (which may have already been included with current Planning Application). Bat Survey and recommendations. Design Access Brief with Photo Appendix. This includes a structural report on the properties along with justification for the proposals.

Existing timber stall divisions and feeding troughs, entrance door, concrete floors, existing first floor joists, window and lintel, stone walls. Trussed principle rafters, purlins and sarking boarding to roof.
Stall divisions to be removed along with timber troughs, entrance door replaced, concrete floor removed and new insulated floor laid, first floor joists lowered to increase height below truss collar at first floor level, window and defective lintel replaced. Stone walls tanked, dry lined and insulated to comply with Building Regulations. Principle rafters and purlins to remain, sarking boards removed, and new rafters, insulation and slates fitted.

Brick stall divisions removed, ceramic troughs carefully removed for possible re-use, windows, doors and lintels replaced as required, concrete floor removed and new insulated floor laid. Stone walls tanked, dry lined and insulated. Principle rafters and purlins to remain, sarking boards removed and new rafters, insulation and slates fitted, to comply with Building Regulations.
Only three external walls remaining along with section of derelict lean-to roof
Roof re-constructed, insulated and slate finished, concrete floor removed and new insulated floor laid. Lintels over main entrance opening to courtyard replaced to match existing. Stone walls tanked, dry lined and insulated to comply with Building Regulations
Concrete floor, stone external walls, timber floor joists, timber principle rafters, purlins, sarking boards to pitched roof.
Windows, doors and lintels replaced as required, concrete floor removed and new insulated floor laid. Stone walls tanked, dry lined and insulated. Principle rafters and purlins to remain, sarking boards removed, and new rafters, insulation and slates fitted, to comply with Building Regulations. Existing timber first floor joists removed, and new floor constructed at lower level.
Four remaining walls. Building has been damaged by fire in the past, roof, first floor joists have all been affected and are missing. Floor steel beams and steel lintels will require replacement.

New first floor timber joists, 19 mm t\&g boarding and replacement steel beams laid. Lintels over main entrance door opening replaced to match existing. New entrance doors and windows fitted to existing openings. Stone walls tanked, dry lined and insulated to comply with Building Regulations
Existing stone external walls to all buildings to be cleaned of all ivy, algae and vegetable growth. The walls to be pressure washed and repaired, repointed with Lime Mortar as necessary and finished in a white lime wash.
All rainwater gutters and downpipes to match existing. Alumasc Heritage range cast aluminium 100 mm half-round rainwater gutters with 75 mm dia rw downpipes. Colour: Black
