The farm comprises approximately 500 acres of arable grassland with the main crops being oat, wheat, barley and beans which support approximately 80 beef cattle.
The farm buildings comprise a farm house with associated single and two storey buildings many of which are stone built and date from the 19th century thus are not suitable for animal livestock shelter or the housing of large agricultural machinery. There are also small modern framed buildings.
The proposal is to construct a livestock building and form a new farm track.
The present owners bought the farm in 1971.
