The building(s) shall not be used for any other purpose than that indicated on the plan or in the application without the consent of the Committee.
2 This permission shall be deemed to be an approval in principle for a period of FOUR years only and shall not permit any development works prior to the approval of detailed information by the Committee.
3 Details of detailed design, siting, landscaping, size, (hereinafter called "the reserve" matters") muer be in.
4 The proposed dwelling must be of a traditional Manx Cottage design, and must comply with the design criteria set out in Circular 3/88, a copy of which is attached hereto.
5 The occupation of the proposed dwelling(s) must be limited to persons whose employment or latest employment is or was employment in agriculture and including also the dependants of such persons as aforesaid.
6 The size, design and position of the septic tank and its soakaway shall be to the satisfaction of the Byelaw Officer.
7 All services including electricity and telephone must be laid underground to the satisfaction of the Committee and arrangements for the supply of such services acceptable to the Committee must be made PRIOR to the commencement of any building works.
8 The roof must be slate or a slate-like material to the satisfaction of the Committee.
9 The Manx Museum and National Trust must be informed of the date when building work is during the excavation of all trenches (including service trenches) as deemed necessary and investigating any archaeological and geological features exposed, to the satisfaction of the Committee. NOTE: The applicant's attention is drawn to the contents of the Manx Museum and National Trust Act 1959/1986.
