The Town And Country Planning (Development Procedure) (No 2) Order 2013
Mr W Dinham 11 Balladoyne Estate St Johns IM4 3LX
In pursuance of his powers under the above Act and Order, the Minister for Infrastructure, does hereby REFUSE planning application 13/90956/B by Mr Wayne Dinham for Alterations and extension of building to create four apartments, 108 Castlemona Avenue, Douglas, IM2 4EF for the following reason(s):
- The proposal is contrary to General Policy 2(h) and Transport Policy 7 of the Isle of Man Strategic Plan 2007, in that the proposed development, if approved, would exacerbate the existing parking congestion in the area which, in turn, would be likely to harm the safety of other road users and would impact adversely on the living conditions of local residents in an area where there is already strong competition for spaces.
