In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 31st March 2011, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the alterations and erection of a two storey extension to dwelling as proposed in the submitted documents and drawings 10 0715 01, 10 0715 02, 10 0715 03 REV B, 10 0715 04 and 10 0715 05 all received on 2nd February 2011 and 10th March 2011.
- The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.

Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Whichever is the later.
