In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Regulations the Department of Infrastructure has given EXPRESS CONSENT to The Milntown Trust for the placement, erection and/or display of adverts in accordance with the planning application and drawings submitted by or on behalf of the applicant and approved on the 4th March 2011.
In compliance with the requirements specified hereunder and generally in accordance with the requirements of the Control of Advertisements Regulations 2005, the proposal now given consent is for;
Erection of signage (In association with 11/00116/CON).
The site for positioning the advert is;
Site Adjacent To Junction Of Lezayre Road & Glen Auldyn Road Milntown House Glen Auldyn Ramsey Isle Of Man IM7 2AB
The conditions for such placement are;
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the erection of signage (In association with 11/00116/CON) as proposed in the submitted documents and drawings SM11/239/1, SM11/239/2, SM11/239/3 and SM11/239/4 all received on 17th January 2011.

This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer under the authority delegated by the Department under Regulation 6(2) of the Control of Advertisements Regulations 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Control of Advertisements Regulations 2005.
The proposed advert may not be erected or displayed until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
