The proposal is to extend the length of time that a property can be let from 4 weeks to 9 months. The property is located with the grounds of a dwelling on Ballagyr Lane in Peel. Although this is likely to result in more peak time travel movements if the property is let to someone working rather than tourists, the increase is negligable.
