In pursuance of his powers under the above Act and Regulations, the Minister for Infrastructure, does hereby GRANT EXPRESS CONSENT for application 13/00472/D by H Dog Limited for The display of advertisements on barriers on the forecourt of The Crescent, Queens Promenade, Douglas, IM2 4NN, subject to the following conditions:
- This express consent relates to the Location Plan, Site Plan, 1 x A4 sheet detailing the advert logo and 2 x A4 sheets detailing barrier specifications, all date stamped 18 April 2013.
- The approved advertisements shall be displayed only at times when the premises on the site are open for business.
