The development hereby permitted shall be commenced before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
The proposed accommodation may only be used as such ancillary to that of the main dwelling and may not be let or sold off separate therefrom.
NOTE: This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 1 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1962.
