- The proposal would generate a need for parking and does not provide any contrary to Transport Policy 7 of the Isle of Man Strategic Plan 2007. This would result in parking in side streets, which are already congested, to the detriment of amenity for the residents of those streets and highway safety. The proposal would also generate additional traffic movements from deliveries on a main strategic route interrupting the free flow of traffic contrary to General Policy 2 of the Isle of Man Strategic Plan 2007.
