The frontage includes a roller shutter door, windows, and pedestrian doors, with parking space for around five vehicles to the front. The application was considered by committee and approved on 18 January 2013, with two conditions attached to the permission.

The Department of Infrastructure approved the application, permitting the building to be used either as an industrial unit or as a café with an external seating area to the rear. The officer also recommended approval.
