The Commissioners wish to submit their views on the following planning applications:

10/01509/B Mr S Lyons Rivercroft Sulby Bridge Lezayre – Erection of a mobile field shelter, field 134905 Sulby Bridge Sulby. The Commissioners received a letter explaining the need for this shelter. Approved Unanimous.

10/01606/B Mr and Mrs Kerruish Cooilbane House, Main Road, Sulby – Erection of a carport. Approved Unanimous.

10/01616/B Mr B Corner Clenagh Veg Clenagh Road Sulby Lezyare – Conversion of existing outbuilding into a dwelling. Approved Unanimous. The Commissioners have concerns over the entrance to be used for this development. If access is to be gained from the gateway to the north of the building, then the visibility will need to be improved.

10/01696/B Mrs L Thompson and Mr V Williamson Allandale Farm Ballamanaugh Road Sulby. Erection of portakabin for agricultural use (retrospective). Approved Unanimous.

10/01738/B Isle of Man Water Sewerage Authority Drill Hall Tromode IM2 5PA – Variation of condition 4 of approved service reservoir 10/00953/B to allow amendment to roof finish. Approved Unanimous.
