Falls Cottage, Access To Fairview House And Methodist Church Hall From The Lhargen, Glen Maye, Isle Of Man, IM5 3ba
Permission was granted to demolish the former Methodist Church Hall in Glen Maye and erect a new dwelling in its place. The application was an amendment to an earlier planning permission (reference 09/01170/B). The site comprised the curtilage of a vacant church hall and a strip of land to the rear on Main Road. The hall was a single-storey end-terrace building of around 70 sq m that abutted the kerb at the front with no external space on that side. An access to the side of the site served agricultural land to the rear. The decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer under delegated authority, with four conditions attached to the permission.
The application was approved by the Senior Planning Officer under delegated authority.
