In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: Autotrade Centre Limited Proposal: Variation of condition 5 of PA 08/00840/B to allow the display and sale of industrial and automotive products at: Unit C At Old Coal Yard Hills Meadow Industrial Estate Douglas Isle of Man IM1 5EA
which was considered on 8th December 2010, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the variation of condition 5 of PA 08/0084/B as shown in drawing numbers IFF/2009/1 and 15/31/1 date stamped 13th October 2010 and Letter from Auto Trade Centre Ltd dated 13th October 2010.
- The car parking and manoeuvring areas shall be kept available at all times for their respective purposes.
- The building shall only be used for the purpose identified on drawing number 15/31/1 date stamped 13th October 2010. No part of the building shall be used for a different purpose unless written consent of the Planning Authority has been first obtained.
- The showroom shall only be used for the display and sale of Spark Plugs, Filters, Cylinder Heads, Drive Belts, Clutches, Brakes and Batteries, Powertools, Air Tools, Compressors, Generators, Grinders, Tool Boxes, Engine Cranes, Jacks \& Lifts, Number Plates, Wheel Trims, Car mats, Bulbs, Exhausts, Shelving, Paint, Sealants and Adhesives.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer's report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.

Whichever is the later.
