Richard Green Associates 87 Circular Road Douglas IM1 1AX In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: $\quad$ Autotrade Centre Ltd Proposal: Change of use of units 1 and 2 from light industrial or storage/distribution purposes to part storage/distribution and part display and sales of automotive products and industrial parts at: Units $1 \& 2$ New Industrial Building Formerly Island Fixing And Fittings Hills Meadow Douglas Isle Of Man IM1 5EB which was considered on 22nd November 2010, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The use must be taken up within four years of the date of this notice in order for this approval to remain valid after that time.
- This approval relates to the change of use of units 1 and 2 from light industrial or storage/distribution purposes to part storage/distribution and part display and sales of automotive products and industrial parts, as shown in drawing numbers 243/2/1 rev A, 243/2/2
rev A, 243/2/6 rev C and 243/2/11 rev A, in addition to information in a letter from the applicant, all date stamped 8th September 2010.
- Unit 1 only shall be used for the display and sale of automotive products and industrial parts and for no other purpose (including any other purpose within Class 1, Schedule 4 of the Town and Country Planning (Permitted Development) Order 2005, or in any provision equivalent to that Class in any statutory document revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification).
- Unit 2 shall remain in use for light industrial use (Class 5 of Schedule 4 of Town and Country Planning (Permitted Development) Order 2005) or a storage/distribution use (Class 6 of Schedule 4 of Town and Country Planning (Permitted Development) Order 2005) only and shall not be used for any retail purposes."
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Article 3(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer's report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;

- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
