In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 22nd November 2010, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

destroyed or dies within one year from the date of the first occupation of the building, another tree shall be planted at the same place and that tree shall be of such a size and species, and shall be planted at such time, as may be specified in writing by the Planning Authority.
Note: the reason for this condition is to ensure that, once erected, the property is not extended or altered in such a way as to compromise the woodland which is being protected and reinforced in this application.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
