In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 18th November 2010, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the erection of air handling unit and screening all as shown in drawings BRD/05 C, received on 23rd September, 2010, Loc/01, BRGA/01, BREL/02, BREL/03 all received on 12th August, 2010.
For clarification the entire face of the screen which faces towards 7, The Parade is to be fully clad.
- The exterior screening must be painted a grey colour to match the finish on the existing flat roof.
- The existing unauthorised handrail on the flat roof must be removed on completion of the proposed works.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Whichever is the later.
