In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 15th October 2010, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the change of use to warehousing and retail of building materials as shown in drawing numbers 1247-17 Rev D and 1251-02 Rev A and Letter from Mr P D Christian of E.B. Holdings Limited dated 18th August 2010.
- The unit shall be used only for the warehousing, display and sale of building products or equipment.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Article 3(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
