In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

- Retention of a building comprising of 4 units to be used for light industrial or storage / distribution purposes, and the retention of a hard standing area for additional car parking

which was considered on 15th October 2010, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- This permission relates to the retention of a building comprising of 4 units and retention of a hardstanding area for additional car parking as shown in drawing numbers 1247-17 Rev D and 1251 Rev B date stamped 24th August 2010.
- The units may be used for either light industrial (Class 5 of Schedule 4 of the Town and Country Planning (Permitted Development) Order 2005) or storage and distribution (Class 6 of Schedule 4 of the Town and Country Planning (Permitted Development) Order 2005) purposes only.
- The units hereby permitted shall not be occupied until the car parking and manoeuvring area have been provided in accordance with the approved plans, and those areas shall thereafter be kept available at all times for their respective purposes.
- All planting shall be carried out in accordance with the approved plans and the tree planting strategy, attached to planning permission 07/01212/B for the creation of an industrial estate layout granted on 20th December 2007, in the first planting and seeding seasons following the granting of this planning permission.
Furthermore, additional tree planting must take place in the first planting and seeding seasons following the granting of this planning permission in the following area: (a) land between the building and the building and north-eastern boundary of the application site; and (b) land between the building/hardstanding and the existing tree planting adjacent to the south-eastern boundary of the application site.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Article 3(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer's report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
