Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission to replacement windows to front and rear elevations as shown in drawing numbers 105 date stamped 27th May 2010, 100B, 101B, 102A, 103A and 104A date stamped 1st July 2010.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building Control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
