Cornerstone Architects 79 Parliament Street Ramsey Isle Of Man IM8 1AQ In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: Mr Roy \& Mrs Susan Tilleard Proposal: Erection of boundary wall to extend existing wall at: Lorne House Bridge Street Castletown Isle Of Man IM9 1AZ which was considered on 2nd September 2010, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the erection of a wall as shown in drawing reference 01 received on 15th July, 2010.
- The applicant should consult the Forestry Officer of the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture in respect of any work underneath or close to existing trees on site, which are all Registered by virtue of the land use designation of the site.
- Prior to the commencement of works on site, the applicant must have approved by the Planning Authority a scheme for the monitoring of the work on site in relation to the discovery and recording of items of archaeological interest. It should be noted that a licence is required for archaeological excavation and the applicant is encouraged to consult Manx National Heritage in respect of the information required to satisfy this condition.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Article 3(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer's report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;

- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
