Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This consent relates to the replacement leadwork to roof and box gutters, removal of decorative lighting, and associated equipment, re-siting of power cables and repair works to lantern rooflights as shown in drawing numbers $01,02,03,04,05,06,07,08,1 R, 1 G, 2 G, 2 R$, 3G, 3R, 4G, 4R, 5G, 5R, 7G, 9F, 9R, 11G, 12R, 13R, 15F, 15 R, 17R, 18F, 18R, 22R and Schedule of Works date stamped 16th July 2010.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer under the authority delegated by the Department under Regulation 4(2) of the Registered Building Regulations 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Registered Building Regulations 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
